The 2018 Smarter Lunchrooms Symposium featured an entire day devoted to showcasing current research into Smarter Lunchrooms. Scientists from the Cornell B.E.N. Center and universities around the country shared presentations and posters related to Smarter Lunchrooms strategies applied in American schools and abroad.
